Navigating the Issues Module:

Creating a New Issue:
- Click the "Create Issue" button.
- Fill out the issue form, providing detailed information about the non-conformance. This typically includes:
- Issue Title: A brief and descriptive summary of the issue.
- Description: A detailed explanation of the problem, including any relevant context.
- Category: Classify the issue type (e.g., material defect, process deviation, customer complaint).
- Location: Specify the area or process where the issue occurred.
- Affected Product/Part: Identify the specific product or part impacted by the issue.
- Severity: Indicate the impact of the issue (e.g., minor, major, critical).
- Reported By: The individual who reported the issue.
- Due Date: The target date for resolving the issue.
- Attach any supporting documentation, such as photos, videos, or test results.

Managing Existing Issues:
The Issues Module provides a list view of all existing issues. You can filter and sort this list based on various criteria, such as status, category, and due date. Clicking on an issue opens the issue details page.
Issue Details Page:
The issue details page provides a comprehensive view of all information related to a specific issue. This includes:
- Issue Summary: A summary of the issue, including its title, description, and status.
- Activity Log: A chronological record of all actions taken on the issue, including comments, updates, and status changes.
- Attachments: Any supporting documents associated with the issue.
- Related Information: Links to related records, such as corrective actions, preventive actions, or other issues.
Working on an Issue:
Depending on your role and permissions, you can perform various actions on an issue, such as:
- Assigning Tasks: Create and assign tasks related to the issue investigation, resolution, reviews, and approvals.
- Initiating Corrective Actions (CAPA): Link the issue to a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) record to address the root cause and prevent recurrence.
- MRB Review: Hold and document MRB reviews with your team.
- Supplier Corrective Actions: Automatically send supplier's their NCR details and receive corrective actions via a portal.
- Closing an Issue: Once the issue has been resolved and verified, you can close it.
Reporting and Analytics:
The Issues Module provides reporting capabilities to track key metrics related to issue management. These reports can help you identify trends, prioritize areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of your quality management system. Common reports include:
